Safety Policy

At Arizona Kids Resale safety is paramount – in all aspects of our business – warehousing, product selection and staff development and training. We ensure that all of our products meet mandatory and voluntary safety standards as set forth by the Consumer Product Saftey Commission (CPSC).

In order to meet CPSC guidelines, Arizona Kids Resale is unable to buy or sell the following:

- Items that have been recalled by the CPSC.
- Items that contain lead.
- Items that contain phthalates.
- Items that are broken and cannot be repaired.
- Items that have missing pieces that cannot be replaced.

Our staff members are knowledgeable about child safety and are committed to providing safe products to buy. We evaluate all products in our warehouse and keep up to date on all recalled items by ensuring that all items meet current safety standards. Any recalled product is immediately pulled from inventory and/or repaired as required by the CPSC.
